Youth & Children
Aware Youth – See Pastor Matt personally for specifics. *Requires a background check.
Magnetic Kids – Pastors Andrew & Desiree are always looking for good volunteers for the Sunday’s and Wednesdays. Opportunities to serve include – sitting with kids to help them focus, assisting the teacher with other various tasks, and helping the kids at Mason A/G to learn biblical principles and TO MAKE JESUS KNOWN. Teaching opportunities are available. Shorter term serving is available at special events such as Vacation Bible School. Nursery – Two volunteers are needed each week to help watch and instruct infants and toddlers while parents are in the main service. A curriculum is provided to help teach them early biblical principles and help them KNOW JESUS! See Pastor Matt for more information. *Requires a background check.
Maintenance/Janitorial
Special Building Projects – We are continuing to improve the property that God has given us and actually build up on it. Our current projects are outside of the main building and converting our garage into a youth center for Aware Youth. See Pastor Matt for more information.
Landscape/Maintenance – This ministry makes Mason AG look great and a safe place to be. Service areas include indoor/outdoor maintenance. flower planting, weeding, snow removal, de-icing sidewalks, lawn mowing. See Charlie O’Rourke for more information.
Deep Cleaning – Done on a bi-monthly basis, this person will be behind the scenes making the office area, closets, and window spic and span. *Requires a background check.
Outreach/Missions
Food Ministry – Calling all bakers! We are looking for people to help make baked goods for our law enforcement, firemen, and health care workers in the area. We want to bless them and show them that we love them – being intentional on MAKING HIM KNOWN. See Pastor Matt for packaging and delivery instructions.
Food Pantry – Help us coordinate with local food pantry to meet the needs of others.
Special Events – These opportunities are perfect for a short team commitment. Lend a hand and a friendly face for set-up, tear down, and reaching out to our community through our booths at Spring Fling, Down Home Days, Trunk or Treat, or our community carnivals. See Lisa White for more information.
Hospitality – This team enjoys showing their creative side with making others feel welcome through meals for those who are sick as well as decorating and serving at church meal functions and funeral dinners. See Anna Kelso for more information.
Missions Team – Do you have a heart for missions? This team is involved with our sponsored missionaries through our giving efforts, Mission Sundays, speakers and banquets.
Worship/Media/Social Media

Sound Booth – This team is responsible for running the sound booth, music, videos, etc. during the message. Availability is also needed for special events/services.

Local Ministry
Intercessor Team – Do you have a heart to see God’s will for the body of Christ come to fruition? Pray together for our church body and their requests and see God answer prayers. This team currently meets on Thursdays at 10am.
Greeters – Bring your smiling face and cheerful, helpful attitude and greet our visitors and church family at the front door on Sunday mornings. Give first time visitors a gift and be available to answer questions from our visitors.
Supply Shopper – Who loves to shop and find good deals? Help keep our church stocked with necessities – paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, kitchen supplies, etc. This can be done while doing your own shopping.
Drivers – Be a blessing to those who cannot drive by picking them up at their home and giving them a ride to and from church. *Background check may be needed.
Benevolence – On occasion, people as for financial help and other assistance, both outside the church and within. This team will work within the church’s guidelines to assist those in need.
